Didier Deschamps has confirmed Kylian Mbappe is back and should be available for France’s final group game against Poland on Tuesday, June 25.
The 25-year-old forward was an unused substitute as Les Bleus played out a goalless draw with Netherlands in their second match of the 2024 European Championship after suffering a broken nose against Austria.
According to Eurosport, Deschamps said Mbappe is raring to go and the France captain’s facial injury is getting 'better every day', which makes him available for selection on Tuesday.
"It's better every day. He was in our training sessions. The bruise has gone down a lot. He's getting used to the mask.
