Despite helping the club lift the FA Cup, the Dutchman led United to a frustrating campaign in the Premier League that saw them finish eighth with just 60 points.

The atmosphere at Old Trafford sparked fears that United chiefs could axe ten Hag this summer.

A string of top names, including Thomas Tuchel and Mauricio Pochettino, were subsequently linked to the role.

However, the Manchester club have since resolved to continue with the former Ajax boss as their manager.

Rashford feelings on United's managerial decision

Rashford, who equally endured a disappointing campaign from an individual perspective, has since shared his feelings on United's decision to keep ten Hag.

According to Metro UK, the English star has been enthused by that development and is ready to commit his future to the club.

The England international had been linked with a possible move to Paris Saint-Germain, who have been long-term admirers.

Goal claims that PSG were looking to launch a mammoth bid for the Man United star to replace Kylian Mbappe, who swapped the French side for Real Madrid.

However, the Parisians will now be forced to look elsewhere in their bid to find a successor for the France international, with Rashford all but set to continue at the Theatre of Dreams.

The Man United academy graduate is currently on holiday, having been overlooked by Gareth Southgate while selecting his England squad for the Euro 2024 tournament in Germany.
