South African tactician, Helman Mkhalele, has announced his final 23-man Bafana Bafana squad for the 23rd edition of the annual COSAFA Cup, with some top players missing.
The competition is set to be held in South Africa, and Bafana Bafana have been drawn in Group C alongside Mozambique, Eswatini, and Botswana.
Bafana Bafana are tipped as one of the favourites to win the competition alongside Zambia, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Lesotho.
A few weeks ago, Mkhalele released a 50-man preliminary squad but has now trimmed the list to 23 with Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Bruce Bvuma, missing out on the final cut.

According to a report by iDiskiTimes, Stellenbosch FC has four players on the final list: Thabo Moloisane, Athenkosi Mcaba, Antonio van Wyk, and Devin Titus.

Midfielders: Brooklyn Poggenpoel, Antonio Van Wyk, Liam Bern, Devin Titus, Jaedin Rhodes, Ethan Brooks.
