Kaizer Chiefs’ search for a new goalkeeper continues.
The Soweto-based side are looking to bring in a replacement for Itumeleng Khune, as the club legend nears the end of his career.
While Chippa United’s Stanley Nwabali remains a consideration, he isn’t the only one on their radar.
Soccer Laduma reported that the Amakhosi have also been linked with a move for Richards Bay’s Salim Magoola following his exploits for the side.

Magoola has been instrumental in ensuring the Natal Rich Boys retained their Premier Soccer League status, but the Glamour Boys have since cooled their interest in him.
"Yes, there was interest from Kaizer Chiefs in the player but it seems that the club is also looking elsewhere for a goalkeeper," the publication noted.
While Nigeria’s Nwabali is top of the list, the club are also eyeing another impressive foreigner.
Rwanda’s Fiacre Ntwari is the latest keeper to be linked with the side thanks to his performances for TS Galaxy.
The 24-year-old made 18 appearances and kept eight clean sheets in the league for the Rockets, as they finished in sixth place.
The Amakhosi have been searching for a new rock at the back as uncertainty looms over Khune’s future. The legend is expected to retire soon, and Chiefs want to bring in a capable replacement who can challenge Brandon Petersen and Bruce Bvuma for the number-one spot.

FootballThey were also criticised recently by another legend, Brian Baloyi, who wasn’t convinced by the club’s potential new signings.
As noted by FAR Post, Baloyi questioned whether Nwabalo and Magoola were better than Bvuma and Petersen.
"You can see a goalkeeper playing well at Chippa United, and he goes to Chiefs; it’s a different beast. You have supporters who are very demanding and vocal. So, you can’t bring a goalkeeper where there’s so much pressure to win things," he said.
Sports Brief also recently reported that Chiefs were undecided about Khune and his future.
The keeper is committed to continue playing, but the club is unsure about extending his deal.
Some in the Amakhosi’s hierarchy are also considering offering him a new management role.
