It's no secret that Ronaldo is often likened to a machine.

Analysing Ronaldo's unparalleled work ethic and dedication

His remarkable physical condition and ability to consistently score goals even at his advanced age reflect a level of commitment and dedication that surpasses normal human limits.

The former Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus ace complements team training with a rigorous personal fitness regimen.

His weekly routine includes five gym sessions focused on cardio, high-intensity sprints, and targeted weight training to enhance muscle strength, per Portugal.com.

Ronaldo dedicates three to four hours each day to training, yielding visibly impressive results.

Despite nearing his 40th birthday, the Portugal captain maintains an incredibly sculpted physique.

According to Essentially Sports, tests conducted on Ronaldo revealed that his body resembled that of an athlete 14 years his junior.

The report adds that CR7 boasts just seven percent body fat—well below the football average of 11 percent—and an impressive 50 percent muscle mass.

Scolari reveals what makes Ronaldo different

According to Scolari, Ronaldo's relentless work ethic, unparalleled dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence have consistently set him apart from his peers.

"Cristiano was different in the way he prepared, unlike many players who don't take advantage of every day to improve," the 75-year-old told Arabic outlet, Winwin, via A Bola.
"He is different. He prepares well at any time and in any circumstances in a way that I have never seen another footballer do."

Ronaldo establishes new record at Euro 2024

Sports Brief also noted that Cristiano Ronaldo had already established a new record before taking the field for Portugal at Euro 2024.

The Al-Nassr star's participation in this tournament marks him as the first player to compete in six European Championships, having been part of every edition since the 2004 home Euros.

While Ronaldo ranks among the oldest outfield players in this year's competition, his teammate Pepe, aged 41, takes the overall accolade in that category.
