Kaizer Chiefs had a miserable 2023/24 season.
Apart from finishing 10th, their worst in the PSL era, they scored a paltry 25 goals and finished their ninth year without a trophy.
Former Amakhosi and South Africa striker, Mark Williams, has disclosed that he recently offered his services to the club.
The Glamour Boys ended the season with the third-worst attack in the 2023/23 PSL season.

The club is preparing for a busy off-season, starting with appointing a new coach to help construct a more competitive team for next season.
Williams, who played for Amakhosi in the 1990s, said he went to Naturena to offer his services to the club.
“Chiefs are not scoring goals, but they are playing good football. I went there, and I said, ‘let me be a striker coach’,” per Far Post.
“I am waiting. I am waiting in the door; I am not giving up. All I want to do is to help the strikers...football is about scoring goals and winning."
With Nasreddine Nabi reportedly set to take the reins as coach, Williams will unlikely be joining the club's coaching staff soon.
“I have scored goals like it’s running out of fashion, locally and internationally. So, there must be something that God has given me. So, all I want to do is to share it."

Football“There are other clubs that want me. Maybe I must go and knock at the clubs that want me because sometimes certain teams think they are doing you a favour. For me, it doesn’t work like that.”
If Nabi is appointed in the coming weeks, Amakhosi will embark on a new era. The Tunisians will look to end their trophy drought.
Sports Brief earlier reported on Nasreddine Nabi confirming that Kaizer Chiefs had made him an offer after his team, AS FAR Rabat, lost the Moroccan Botola Pro League.
The former Young Africans coach also disclosed that the South African offer was one of many and is set to discuss the matter with the team's president.
