Kaizer Chief's top target for the coaching role, Nasreddine Nabi, had a heartbreaking end to the season after his team, AS FAR, lost the Moroccan Botola Pro League.
Raja defeated MC Oujda to secure the title with 72 points, while AS FAR ended the season with 71 points, a painful end after leading for most of the campaign.
Nabi have been heavily linked with the Amakhosi coaching role and is reportedly the favourite to take the reins at Naturena.

Nabi's AS FAR ended the season with 22 wins, five draws, and three defeats, while champions Raja won the Botola Pro League undefeated. His team finished the season with the most goals (63).
According to SABC Sport, Nabi is the frontrunner for the Kaizer Chiefs coaching role. The report adds that Amakhosi were waiting for the Botola Pro League to end to finalise a deal with the Tunisian.
The Glamour Boys will have to compensate the Moroccan side since Nabi is contracted until 2025. After years of underachievement, the Soweto giants are looking to hire a coach to rejuvenate the team.
