AS FAR Rabat coach Nasreddine Nabi continues to be linked with the Kaizer Chiefs coaching job, and reports have indicated he is the leading candidate.
The Tunisian tactician will be tasked with rejuvenating Amakhosi, and one player he could reportedly bring along is Young Africans playmaker, Stephane Aziz Ki.
Aziz Ki produced incredible performances for Yanga in the 2023/24 season. He helped the club win their 30th Premier League title.
The Burkina Faso international also ended the season as the league's top scorer with 21 goals, following a close battle with Azam FC's Feisal 'Fei Toto' Salum, who ended up with 19 goals.

His performances against Mamelodi Sundowns in the CAF Champions League also caught attention.
These performances have seen Aziz Ki linked to moves to North Africa and South Africa.
Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are reportedly seeking to sign him, and the Egyptian side Pyramids is also reportedly keeping tabs on him, per Soccer Laduma.
Furthermore, his contract expired at the end of the season, meaning he has likely received many offers from clubs across the African continent.
Nabi to Bring Aziz Ki?
According to The South African, Nabi is the leading candidate for the Chiefs coaching job, and the club could use him to lure Aziz Ki into the club. The report also adds that Nabi's team, AS FAR, are interested in the player.
Nasreddine Nabi: Why Kaizer Chiefs Target Manager Rejected Amakhosi’s First Offer Last Year
FootballNabi coached the 28-year-old at Yanga during his three-year spell in Tanzania. He left in July last year after leading the club to back-to-back league titles in 2020 and 2021.
Therefore, if Nabi is appointed as Chiefs coach, he could use his connection to help secure the signature.
The Glamour Boys still have some work to do to hire the Tunisian as their new coach.
Nabi's Demands to Kaizer Chiefs
Sports Brief also reported that Nabi has made two key demands from Kaizer Chiefs before they can move forward with a possible contract.
The former Yanga SC coach wants to know Amakhosi's vision and prefers to bring his own backroom staff.
Nabi nearly became Chiefs coach last year but rejected a proposal to include Arthur Zwane as his assistant coach.
