Real Madrid-bound striker, Endrick Felipe, was moved to tears in an emotional farewell during his final game for boyhood club Palmeiras.

The Brazilian prodigy, who burst onto the scene in 2022, played his last match for Palmeiras in the Copa Libertadores against San Lorenzo, marking the end of his time with the Sao Paulo-based club.

During the 70 minutes he was on the pitch, Endrick had a quiet performance by his own standards, recording 20 touches and completing two dribbles, according to SB Nation.

He received a standing ovation from the home crowd at Allianz Parque in Sao Paulo as he was substituted by Romulo, with the match ending in a goalless draw.

The 17-year-old emerged from the tunnel with a serious, focused demeanour.

He shyly acknowledged the fans' cheers before the game began but couldn't hold back his tears following a heartfelt tribute from the supporters, per Madrid Universal.

What's next for Endrick?

With his tenure at Palmeiras concluded, Endrick is set to travel to the United States to join the Brazilian senior national team for the Copa América, scheduled from June 20 to July 14.

In July, he will head to Madrid to officially begin pre-season training with his new club, Real Madrid.
