Erik ten Hag has seemingly taken a massive dig at new Liverpool boss Arne Slot ahead of his imminent arrival in the Premier League.
Slot has already been confirmed as the new Reds boss from next season onwards. He will replace Jurgen Klopp, who stepped down after nine years in charge.
Much has been said about the Dutch manager's record at Feyenoord and the Eredivisie as he prepares to take over one of the most acclaimed clubs in a league as intriguing as the Premier League.
The 45-year-old's record has also been compared to Ten Hag's during his time at Ajax before crossing over to Manchester United. Ten Hag has, however, zeroed in on Slot's 2023/2024 season, where his Feyenoord side were bettered by PSV Eindhoven.

Peter Bosz's side lost only once and finished seven points clear at the top of the Eredivisie table.
"People have been going overly lyrical about Feyenoord. They were steady this year but not top. PSV Eindhoven were two classes better in all areas. In terms of dominating the ball, putting pressure, and intensity, you name it," he told Voetbal International via MEN.
If Ten Hag were to remain as the Red Devils' boss beyond this season, it could set up interesting Northwest derbies in the new campaign. His future at Old Trafford remains shrouded in uncertainty, with new controlling owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe expected to ring some changes.

FootballKieran McKenna to snub Manchester United
Sports Brief had earlier reported that Manchester United suffered a blow in their managerial search.
Ten Hag's situation is still touch and go and should the club decide to dismiss him, Kieran McKenna had been identified as one of the possible replacements.
However, they would have to look elsewhere after their former youth manager decided to commit long-term to newly-promoted side Ipswich Town.
