According to a report by ESPN, per Squawka, the former Al Sadd star became the first player to score 11 goals in a single UEFA club competition knockout stage.
Ronaldo and Benzema scored 10 goals in the UEFA Champions League knockout games in 2017 and 2022, respectively, while Falcao found the back of the net with the same number of goals, but it was in the Europa League in 2012.
