Abha Club have moved out of the Saudi Pro League relegation zone following a crucial 2-1 victory over Al Khaleej on Thursday, May 23.
The South African tactician, who took over the club's reins in January, has orchestrated a remarkable transformation, guiding his team to a much-needed win.
The victory saw Abha climb to the 15th spot, with their survival hopes now firmly in their own hands.
As reported by iDiski Times, Francois Kamano's first-half strike and Fabian Noguera's late winner in the 94th minute sealed the crucial three points for Mosimane's team.

Just one point above the relegation spots(33), Abha play bottom-placed Al Hazem in their final match on Monday, May 27, at the Al Hazam Club Stadium.
Mosimane has been hailed for the remarkable turnaround. Prior to his arrival, the club were languishing in 19th place with just 14 points after 19 matches.
Since his arrival, Abha has been one of the most in-form teams in the league. Only one extremely poor result was from an 8-0 thrashing against Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr, per Al Jazeera.
Despite the immense pressure of securing the club's survival, the South African tactician finds himself in the midst of rumours linking him to various managerial positions.
Time is of the essence as he races against the clock to avert relegation, reminiscent of his previous Saudi Arabian challenge with Al-Ahli.

FootballSports Brief reported on Bafana Bafana manager, Hugo Broos, responding to Pitso Mosimane's claims about Europe’s elite sides.
The South African veteran stated that many European clubs preferred to hire managers from outside the African continent.
However, the Belgian firmly refuted the claim, appearing not to share the 59-year-old's opinion.
