Nicolas Jackson has joined the growing list of Chelsea players to send messages of support and appreciation to Mauricio Pochettino following his dismissal as head coach on May 21.
Chelsea dropped a bombshell just a few days after the 2023/2024 season ended, disclosing that they had chosen to part ways with the Argentine.
Pochettino was only in charge for one year. Despite finishing the season strongly and securing European football, the two parties decided it was best for them to go separate ways.
What Pochettino said after leaving Chelsea
"Thank you to the Chelsea ownership group and Sporting Directors for the opportunity to be part of this football club's history. The club is now well positioned to keep moving forward in the Premier League and Europe in the years to come," said Pochettino in the club statement.
