Orban could consider a move to Italy as he is yet to displace former Arsenal star, Alexandre Lacazette, as the French club's undisputed starting striker.
Meanwhile, Bologna will compete in the UEFA Champions League next season and could lose one of their best players to top European clubs.
There is a high possibility that Zirkzee will leave the Red and Blues this summer following an impressive season in the Italian league.
The striker has scored 12 goals in 37 appearances for Bologna in all competitions this season.
Arsenal are not the only club showing interest in the Netherlands youth international; they could face stiff competition from AC Milan, Juventus, and Napoli.
