Mamelodi Sundowns manager, Rulani Mokwena, has reacted to rumours linking Stellenbosch FC star, Jayden Adams, to the DStv Premiership champions.
Since his return from the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast, where Bafana Bafana finished third, the midfielder has been tipped to join the Brazilians.
Reports have suggested Masadawana enquired about Adams after the AFCON tournament but failed to reach an agreement with Stellies over a move.
According to a report by iDiskiTimes, Mokwena opted against giving away many details about Sundowns' rumoured interest in Adams but went ahead to explain the club's transfer policy.

"At the moment, the answer is no," he said.
While explaining the Brazilians' transfer policy, the South African tactician admitted that he's yet to submit a report summarising the players' performance this season.
This is the first step before any transfer business can take place at the club.
"I haven't presented a report; that's the starting point. I have to summarise the squad's performances, then give a detailed report to senior management and the sporting director - I also have some directives on where to strengthen," he added.
"It would be challenging to answer your question with a definite 'yes' or 'no' without concluding my technical report with my technical team."

Mokwena names Adams among best player contenders
Sports Brief earlier reported that Mokwena included Adams among six players who should be the contenders for the 2023/24 DStv Premiership Footballer of the Season award.
The South African manager named four Sundowns stars alongside one player each from Stellenbosch FC and Orlando Pirates as contenders for the league's top individual prize.
Mokwena, who led Sundowns to PSL glory this season, also named Ronwen Williams, Teboho Mokoena, Lucas Ribeiro, and Marcelo Allende as other contenders for the top award.
