Super Eagles star, Sadiq Umar, could leave Real Sociedad at the end of the season with a Madrid-based club reportedly planning a summer move for the Nigerian striker.
The striker joined Sociedad from Almeria in 2022 but failed to cement a place in the starting line-up, with coach Imanol Alguaci preferring Spanish international, Mikel Oyarzabal.
The former AS Roma striker has featured in 36 games for the Basque club across all competitions this season and has found the back of the net thrice, also providing one assist.
This season, the Nigerian international started 12 out of 26 appearances in the Spanish La Liga, the only competition in which the 27-year-old has scored.
