Former Mamelodi Sundowns manager Pitso Mosimane has assessed Rulani Mokwena and Manqoba Mngqithi’s work at the club.
The current Abha Club of Saudi manager was in charge of Sundowns for eight years, winning several domestic and continental titles for the club between 2012 and 2020.
While in charge of the Brazilians, Mosimane brought in Mokwena and Mngqithi as his assistants.
Upon Pitso's departure at the Tshwane giants, the pair were appointed as co-coaches before Mokwena was later made sole head coach.

Since then, Sundowns have continued to dominate South Africa's elite football, securing consecutive league titles and showcasing an attractive style of play, Farpost reports.
They have reached the latter stages of the CAF Champions League as they are also champions of the inaugural African Football League.
Responding to a curious fan on X, Mosimane admitted that Mokwena and Mngqithi have continued to contribute significantly to the team's successes.
Mosimane wrote:
“They have improved the team [Mamelodi Sundowns] and taken it to a better level.
"Above that, they are also breaking the records. We need to give them credit that they deserve.
"I am happy that they are proving my decision right.”
Sundowns reached a record 50-game unbeaten run in the DStv Premiership following their 1-0 victory over Royal AM on Saturday.
Mosimane’s endorsement of his successors underlines the club's seamless transition that occurred following his departure from the club.

Following a resilient display on matchday 30, which culminated in Abha ending their two-game losing streak and securing a memorable 3-1 victory against Al-Ittihad, Abha aimed to replicate their success against Damac.
The result saw Mosimane's side temporarily escape the relegation zone with three games remaining in the season.
