Senegal defender, Kalidou Koulibaly, has shared his excitement after winning his first league title with Saudi giants Al-Hilal.
The former Chelsea and Napoli centre-back played a pivotal as the Blue Waves won the title with three games to spare.
Koulibaly started and lasted the entire duration on Saturday, May 11, as Al-Hilal thumped Al-Hazm to be crowned the new champions of Saudi Arabia.
The towering defender took to social media to express his delight following his latest success.

"Alhamdulilah, we are champions," he wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
The 32-year-old joined Al-Hilal last summer after leaving Chelsea just a season in England.
Before moving to the Middle East, Koulibaly tried winning a league title with three different clubs in Europe, coming close multiple times with Italian giants Napoli.
In his 12-year spell in Europe, the Senegal captain featured for KRC Genk in Belgium, SSC Napoli and Chelsea.
He also won the Saudi Super Cup with Al-Hilal and could crown the campaign with the King's Cup against Al-Nassr on May 31, 2024, as reported by MSN.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that Senegal defender Koulibaly and Yassine Bounou have won the SPL with Al-Hilal.
The African duo played a pivotal role as the Saudi giants won the league with three games to spare, while also keeping their unbeaten run intact after 31 games.

The former Chelsea centre-back played an instrumental role as the Saudi League leaders stopped Karim Benzema and his teammates in a 4-1 annihilation in Abu Dhabi.
Brazilian forward, Malcom, scored twice to add to strikes from Salem Al-Dawsari and Nasser Al-Dawsari with Abderrazak Hamdallah getting the consolation goal for Al-Ittihad.
