Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has passionately defended his team from comments by Bernardo Silva.
Silva, who has typically been one of Pep Guardiola’s most consistent players this season, courted controversy after referring to Los Blancos as ‘weird’.
The Portuguese star meant no harm with his comment, as he simply meant the 14-time European champions were difficult to contain.
“Sometimes it seems like you have control of the game and out of nowhere, they run twice [on the counter] and score two goals because their players individually are very good,” Silva had initially told TNT Sports.

Ancelotti could not help himself in his latest presser as he responded to Silva by refuting the notion that his team was unusual.
“We are not strange. We are a team that can show the history of the past in this competition,” he said, per The Mirror.
“There is nothing I have to say to Bernardo Silva. He is a great, gigantic player and last year they made it to the final and now it is up to us.”
