The Gunners hope to avoid their mistakes from last season while their rivals, Tottenham, battle for fourth place with Aston Villa as they aim to return to European football.

Mikel Arteta's men have their destiny in their hands but will also need some help from Man City because if both teams win their remaining games, Pep Guardiola's side will be champions.

Saka sends message to Tottenham players

Arsenal's talismanic winger Saka has been the target of many defenders and has been knocked out of most games this season, but he is ready to take it all in the derby today.

“The hunger to win keeps me going,” he says. “That is why I keep getting up. I am physically much stronger than I was four or five years ago,” he said via Daily Telegraph.

“For each tackle, I have more experience in terms of which ones to go for and which ones to jump to try to avoid a big tackle. So I am much smarter and physically stronger than I was.”

According to Statmuse, he has been fouled 63 times this season, an average of two fouls per game. He does suffer more than this, but the opponents escaped sanctioning.

Bukayo Saka's durability secrets

Sports Brief reported on Bukayo Saka's secret to keeping fit, with four key factors named - his professionalism, genetic advantage and education, while the other is Nigerian diets.

The English international's parents are Nigerians, and his mother's homemade delicacy of jollof rice and plantain, which are his favourites, was also named one of his secrets.
