Nigerian forward, Ademola Lookman, helped Atalanta through to the Coppa Italia final with his late heroics against Fiorentina on Wednesday night, April 24.
The Super Eagles star came off the bench to score and provide an assist as Gli Orobici reached the final of the Italian Cup with a 4-1 win at the Gewiss Stadium.
Lookman sparked the win after replacing Ederson in the 70th minute with the score at 1-1, after Teun Koopmeiners and Lucas Martinez scored for either side.
Five minutes after his introduction, Atalanta took the lead through Gianluca Scamacca.

With the game set for extra-time, Lookman extended his team's advantage with a clever finish before serving Mario Pasalic with an excellent assist.
The former England youth international has been in fine form for the Italian outfit, playing a pivotal role in the club's path to the semi-final of the Europa League.
