The 39-year-old received a red card during the Al-Nassr versus Al-Hilal match in the Saudi Super Cup semi-final for elbowing Ali Al-Bulayhi.

Currently on the sidelines due to his actions in that game, the Portuguese veteran is set to make his return for the Knights of Najd on May 1.
