Ahmed Musa Partners With Azman University, Says Every Child Deserves Quality Education

Nigerian international, Ahmed Musa, has partnered with the Azman University through his foundation to give more students access to education at the tertiary level.

The team from the Ahmed Musa Foundation hosted delegates from the university on April 19 to discuss how the football star can support more students with scholarships.

This comes barely one month after the Super Eagles star returned from the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, where Nigeria finished as runners-up, behind hosts, Ivory Coast.

Musa has featured prominently when it comes to child education, establishing the M&S International School in 2022 and naming the facility after his late parents, Tribune reports.

Now, he has taken his educational philanthropy a notch further to support students at the university level.

Sharing photos of the meeting with Azman University officials, the former CSKA Moscow forward stated that investing in education has been his utmost priority.

"It was indeed an inspiring discussion centered around my foundation's commitment to supporting education.

"As someone who is deeply passionate about empowering young minds, investing in education has always been a priority for me.

Musa expressed his belief that every child deserved access to quality education, no matter their background.

"Together with Azman University, we are taking all necessary steps to make this a reality by sponsoring the education of deserving students at the University.

"I am really excited to see the positive impact this partnership will bring!"

Situated in the heart of Kano, Azman University - which earned its operating license in 2023 - was founded by Abdulmunaf Yunusa Sarina.
