Super Eagles forward, Victor Boniface, has been ranked by the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) Football Observatory Group as the fourth-best forward in the world.
The 23-year-old has scored an impressive 18 goals and created eight assists in 27 games across all competitions this season, clinching the Bundesliga title with Bayer Leverkusen in the process.
The CIES ranking for forwards for April has placed Boniface ahead of superstars like Manchester City forward, Erling Haaland and Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez.
The Nigerian forward is also ranked ahead of five-time Ballon d’Or winner, Cristiano Ronaldo, with only Harry Kane, Deniz Undav, and Kylian Mbappe ranked ahead of the Bayer Leverkusen forward.
