CFR Cluj owner, Ioan Varga, has listed his demands for Nigerian striker, Philip Otele, amid interest from top European clubs, including Napoli and Brighton Hove Albion.
The Nigerian has been one of the best players in the Romanian league, scoring 13 goals and providing seven assists this season.
Several teams in Europe have noticed the former UTA Arad forward's performance this season, and he could be on his way out of Cluj in the summer.
According to a report in the Romanian media, as per All Nigeria Soccer, CFR Cluj's owner confirmed that Brighton has contacted the club for the Nigerian striker and listed some of the demands the Premier League side would have to meet.

With the 24-year-old striker's contract with the club ending next season, Varga wants £6 million and an additional 20% of the sell-on fee if the player decides to leave the Seagulls in the future.
"At the moment, we have no other offer for Otele apart from Brighton in England. They are thinking about what I proposed: 6 million pounds and 20% of a future transfer,"
"The head of scouting from them (Mike Cave) said that we should stay in touch and that he would talk to management. I told Gigi Becali that it was 6 million, but in euros, because he is here in Romania. We asked those from Brighton for 6 million pounds. That means about 7 million in euros."
Another issue Brighton could face in the deal is the competition with Napoli. The Serie A side could lose Victor Osimhen in the summer and would be looking for a replacement for the Nigerian.
