According to a report by All Nigeria Soccer, the Pachuca Femenil started the game ahead of Asisat Oshoala and won the penalty, which earned her team the win.
"Excellent; for me, she is probably the best player in the game. I thought she was outstanding up front, and her hold-up play was brilliant," he said.
"She followed every ball down, whether she had a chance to get it or not. With almost every ball, she put the South African defence under pressure, and that's what you want out of a striker—a player who will put that kind of work in.
"She was fantastic. We knew she would do well. I have been following her in Mexico; if you guys have followed her there, she's been playing very well this season. Maybe they were not quite ready for her; she was amazing, awesome."
