Stanley Nwabali was one of Nigeria's standout players at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations earlier this year.
The Chippa United goalkeeper was linked with a move away from the South African side, but an offer never arrived.
Nwabali has spoken about the rumours which linked him with a move to QPR and Steven Gerrard's Al Ettifaq.
Nwabali dislodged first-choice goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho, instantly becoming Nigeria's star at the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast.

FootballDespite the loss, Nwabali emerged from the tournament as a hero for the Super Eagles, who made an unexpected run to the final.
His performances have seen him linked to clubs like Belgian side Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, Al Hilal, Saudi Arabia's Al-Ettifaq, Kaizer Chiefs, and Queens Park Rangers in England, per Afrik-Foot.
Speaking to Far Post, Nwabali cleared the air about the transfer rumours.
“You see, to be honest, I’ve never seen anything on my table ever since AFCON,” he said.
“So I don’t know if there’s something on the table maybe waiting for towards summer or transfer window. You know most clubs always do this. When they show interest, you’re opening the way to some other clubs."
“So, some people always keep it a secret, and when they get you, they get you once. For now, I know nothing.”
Nwabali has kept nine clean sheets in 20 DStv Premiership matches this season.
