Following his return to the national team, the Generation Foot forward shared his excitement while also stating his goals with Senegal.
“I came to the den and found my elders here who I have long dreamed of being with. They make us dream. They welcomed me in the most wonderful way, made me feel comfortable too and I hope to learn a lot of things from them," he said, as quoted by Wiw Sport.
"I'm here to learn, I'm behind them to learn more," he added.
“My goal is to integrate well first, then I would also like to win trophies with this selection, notably the CAN and the World Cup,” he added.
Diouf watched from the bench as Senegal defeated Gabon 3-0 in their friendly last Friday, as monitored by Sky Sports.
The teenager could add another appearance to his international career when the Teranga Lions face Benin on Tuesday.
