Bafana Bafana coach, Hugo Broos, has given details of his private meeting with Premier Soccer League chairman Dr Irvin Khoza ahead of their upcoming friendly games.
South Africa will face Andorra and Algeria in the new FIFA Friendlies Series, which will be held in the North African nation.
Broos has wanted to meet Khoza for some time due to the issue between PSL clubs and the South African national team, including his request for the final DStv Premiership games in 2023 to be postponed ahead of AFCON.
In an interview with local journalists in South Africa, Broos confirmed meeting with the PSL chairman and claimed it wasn't a lengthy affair, according to a report by iDiskiTimes.

"I had a meeting with Mr. Khoza, but I understand what he said in that meeting," he said.
"So it was a short meeting. But he said, 'Look, I am just representing 16 professional teams.
"And I do not want to have this discussion of this meeting only with you and me; I think it is much better that other people are also there where we meet each other. Because I can't, not on my own, take decisions, so to speak for them'."
The Belgian manager also confirmed that the meeting between him and PSL was postponed till April due to the Orlando Pirates' boss submission.
"So we postponed the meeting. And we will meet when I'm back in South Africa after Easter. So it will be at the end of April."

Sports Brief earlier reported that Broos has announced a 23-man squad for the upcoming FIFA Series friendlies this month, with 10 new players being introduced to the team.

The FIFA Series initiative aims to offer member associations like South Africa increased playing opportunities.
