The 23-year-old then climaxed his run with a calm finish to send the crowd at the London Stadium into hysteria with his remarkable goal.

Kudus compared to Diego Maradona
After the game, former West Ham United star Joe Cole was full of praise for Mo Kudus, with the latter's first goal being the talking point, Eurosport noted.
"Everyone was outstanding tonight," Cole told TNT Sports via Eurosport. "Kudus' goal is going to be shown decades down the line, what a goal that is. Goal of the season contender."
When he dribbled past most of the England team during the 1986 World Cup, the renowned Argentine maestro scored one of the greatest goals in history. Cole has now compared Kudus' effort to that of Maradona.

Football"This is Diego Maradona '86," Cole said. "He's driving past [everyone] and then to have the composure on his weak foot. Running at pace and to open his body up and to slide it, it's very easy to lift that and it's a great goal."
