Guardiola seems to have already made up his mind to bid farewell in the summer of 2025, thus concluding his nine-year reign.
What's next for Guardiola after Man City?
During a recent appearance on the Denilson Show, Fernandinho speculated about Guardiola's potential destinations for his next career move, suggesting that the esteemed coach could potentially helm the Brazil national team or even consider managerial roles in England or the Netherlands.
“It’s hard to say Brazil starts in the lead. Very difficult to know. There’s a chance [he could coach Brazil], but I think there are other teams on par to have Guardiola as a coach in the future, possibly,” Fernandinho said as cited by the Daily Post.
The 38-year-old, currently representing Athletico Paranaense in his native Brazil, offered insights into why Pep Guardiola won't opt for the Spanish national team as his next destination.

Guardiola names his biggest rival this season
Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola perceives Arsenal as his primary contender for this season's Premier League title, as reported by Sports Brief.
The rivalry between Pep and Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp has been fervent, as demonstrated in their recent encounter last Sunday, which ended in a 1-1 draw at Anfield.
Guardiola seemed to diminish Liverpool's influence on their title defence while highlighting Arsenal, managed by his former assistant Mikel Arteta, as the more formidable opponent.
