Mikel Arteta has shared his perspective about the Premier League title race after the Liverpool vs Manchester City draw on Sunday.
The two English giants shared the spoils after a 1-1 draw during their meeting at Anfield.
John Stones and Alexis Mac Allister were on target for either side, with the latter stepping up to equalise from the spot in the second half.
The result denied both teams a glorious chance to topple Arsenal from the summit of the standings, as the title race hots up.

The Gunners went top on Saturday after they edged Brentford 2-1, meaning City or Liverpool needed to win at Anfield to leapfrog Arteta's men.
However, the Sunday result now has the north Londoners topping the charts with 64 points, a point ahead of City, who dropped to third.
Arteta gives secret to winning title
Arteta has since shared his perspective on who his side can finally win the Premier League title following City's draw with the Reds.
According to the Spaniard, the north Londoners have to reach similar levels as the Citizens and Jurgen Klopp's charges if they are to win the crown.
"It’s great to be top, that’s for sure," Arteta said via Metro UK when asked about his reaction to Sunday’s fixture.
"I think it’s an amazing situation that we are involved, looking at the level those two teams [Liverpool and City] have that we are still there and sitting at the top.
