Since returning to the club from the Africa Cup of Nations, Osimhen has been in frightening form, netting five goals in three games for his side.

He will be hoping to add to his tally when the outgoing Serie A champions host Torino on Friday, March 8.

If Osimhen makes the squad on Friday, it will be a landmark day for him as he would officially clock 100 appearances in the Serie A.

He will be particularly motivated for this game, since he failed to find the net in Napoli’s last outing against Juventus where he crucially missed a penalty, but was saved from his troubles by his teammate Giacomo Raspadori.

Despite being tame from the penalty spot, no one can deny Osimhen’s goal-scoring abilities,in as he has an impressive 61 goals in 99 appearances.

3. Andriy Shevchenko, 64 goals

Andriy Shevchenko is another Serie A legend who won league titles with AC Milan.

He scored 127 goals in 226 appearances in the Serie A and more importantly, 64 goals in his first 100 appearances.

The Italian legend played the majority of his career in the Serie A, netting 141 goals in 288 appearances.
