Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs lock horns in the 180th Soweto Derby on Saturday evening in the DStv Premiership.

Amakhosi interim coach, Cavin Johnson, has taunted their opponents days before the monumental showdown at the FNB stadium.

In the first leg in November, a 20th-minute goal from Evidence Makgopa was enough to give the Buccaneers a hard-fought 1-0 victory, per France 24.

Saturday's match will be crucial for several reasons. The two sides are separated by a point after 19 matches, with Pirates (30) having one more than the Glamour Boys.

Johnson says it is an honour to coach in one of Africa's biggest derbies.

“And when you’re the coach of such a big institution like Kaizer Chiefs, and you’re playing against another big institution like Orlando Pirates, it is always an honour," via iDiski Times.

Johnson had time to stir the pot.

“We have prepared ourselves well for this particular derby. And we’re going to go out and enjoy ourselves in front of the 100,000 that we expect to come. I’m sure about 99,000 will be Chiefs fans but we expect that and we’re going to go out and do our best,”he said.

Pirates have beaten the Chiefs twice in the last 10 league meetings.
