Transcontinental sporting royalty graced Germany's sports-fashion Mecca on Monday.

Adidas' headquarters would be accustomed to the best athletes in the world walking through their hauls, but the recent trio takes some beating.

Patrick Mahomes has just clinched his third Superbowl ring, Siya Kolisi recently became a back-to-back Rugby World Cup-winning captain and Jurgen Klopp has just lifted the first piece of silverware on what could be an unprecedented farewell run.

The glue binding the three together is Adidas CEO, Bjorn Gulden. The 58-year-old Norweigan took charge of the 'brand with the three stripes' 14 months ago and has a net worth of $125 million, as per hnhh.

Klopp and Kolisi's friendship extends far beyond designer sporting apparel. The Springbok captain has been hosted at Melwood and Anfield on several occasions and Klopp even visited Kolisi in Cape Town back in 2019, as per Briefly.

The pair posed for multiple photos around the Herzogenaurach facility, which Kolisi posted on his Instagram.

Kolisi to ask Klopp to stay

Liverpool's favourite German broke the Reds' hearts at the end of January when he announced he would be leaving the club at the end of the season.

Upon seeing the post, Kolisi's fans urged him to try and twist the gaffer's arm and keep him in England. Replying on Instagram, duranv21 replied:

"My captain. Please convince him to stay, I know you can do it."

eddie_lucatti added:

"Please convince this man to stay at Liverpool."

Klopp's decision is set in stone but he seems determined to leave Liverpool on a high. He has the Carabao Cup under his belt and has three more trophies to aim for.

Siya Kolisi at Arsenal Liverpool clash

Sports Brief recently reported on Kolisi's attendance of the Premier League fixture between the Gunners and Reds.

The Springbok captain currently plays in France and can now watch his favourite side in action on the football field.

He took to social media to share photos of him enjoying the Emirates as Arsenal earned vital points in a 3-1 win.
