The Liverpool legend was critical after Odegaard’s celebrations following his side’s win over The Reds.
As noted by Sky Sports, Arsenal won the game 3-1 thanks to goals from Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard.
Arsenal were given a helping hand with their second and third goals, thanks to Alisson Becker’s poor performance. The win means that Arsenal are now two points behind Jurgen Klopp’s men, and should Manchester City win their next game, they will also be two points behind The Reds.

Carragher upset with Odegaard’s celebrations
While Arsenal’s fans loved the passion exuded by the club captain, Carragher wasn’t impressed. The former defender blasted Odegaard for his antics, saying he should have just gone down the tunnel after the game, The Mirror reported.
“Just get down the tunnel! You’ve won a big game, you’ve got the three points, you’re back in the title race, just get down the tunnel. I’m being serious, honestly," he said.
Arsenal’s players were criticised last season as well for over-celebrating, with Gary Neville questioning some of the player’s behaviour.
