The Liverpool keeper indirectly played a part in two of the goals his side conceded against Arsenal.

As noted by The Telegraph, Arsenal won 3-1 to dent Liverpool’s title hopes. Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard all got onto the scoresheet for the Gunners.

The keeper had a moment to forget when he and Virgil van Dijk had a mix-up, which resulted in Martinelli scoring Arsenal’s second.

Things went from bad to worse for the Brazilian keeper later on in the game as he failed to stop Trossard’s shot.

The ball went through the keeper’s legs, adding to his embarrassment. With Arsenal picking up the win and closing the gap to Liverpool to two points, social media wasted no time trolling the keeper.
