The Black Antelopes are set for a crunch tie against the Super Eagles in the final eight, their first quarterfinal appearance since 2010, and earning a win could see the team become richer.
According to Soccernet, an Angolan diamond company, Social EP promised to give the team $250,000 if they beat the Super Eagles on Friday and qualify for their first-ever AFCON semi-final.
Each player of the national team also stands to get $9,600 each if they can secure victory against Nigeria, as Angolan bank Banco Keve has pledged the amount to members of the squad.

The Super Eagles' last full victory over Angola was in 1989 on the FIFA World Cup schedule for qualifiers, a game that witnessed the death of Sam Okwaraji after he slumped during the encounter.
In the group stage in 2003, the Super Eagles and Angola drew 2-2, and three of the last four senior meetings have finished all square.
