There are many unanswered questions in the universe.
Who the GOAT is between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi is one of those questions.
The duo are considered two of the greatest players of all time, and the debate rages on over who has achieved more in their respective careers.
While many have picked their favourite between the two talented stars, few have provided an answer quite like Jurgen Klopp’s.
The Liverpool manager weighed in on the debate in 2018, providing quite a hilarious response. When asked who the greatest player was, Klopp said that his father always told him that Pele was the best no matter what people say in the future.
The former Borussia Dortmund coach added that he only had one selfie on his phone and that it was with Messi. He then hilariously said that Cristiano Ronaldo was in the room as well.
Pep Guardiola also chooses Messi over Ronaldo
Klopp isn’t the only manager to side with the Inter Miami star.
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola also weighed in on the debate, opting to go with the Argentinian. As noted by Sportskeeda, Guardiola described the former Barcelona star as being the more complete player.
"Messi is the best, he is definitely the best. He knows how to play, score and make the other players play. He is always there," Guardiola said.
