Premier League Soccer side, Cape Town City is reportedly aiming to bring Leshabela back to the Cape Town Stadium, as reported by iDiski Times.

His journey includes progression from the Leicester U18 to U21 levels before earning a spot in the first team. Notably, he had loan spells at Shrewsbury during the 2021/22 season and at Crewe Alexandra in 2022/23.

It's now understood that Leshabela will be undergoing training with the club over the next few days and is anticipated to join the team in Johannesburg for their upcoming camp.

Cape Town City has already signed Namibian international, Prins Tjiueza, a key player in his country's successful African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2023 campaign.

He played a crucial role as the Brave Warriors secured their first-ever win in the tournament by defeating Tunisia 1-0. With a goalless draw against Mali, Namibia advanced to the Round of 16, where they were eliminated by Angola.

Tjiueza, who previously played for FK Liria in Kosovo, showcased his talent with 13 league appearances this season, scoring four goals and providing one assist.

Despite previous links to Mamelodi Sundowns, his move to Cape Town City has marked a significant development in the PSL transfer market.

Lorch officially joins Mamelodi Sundowns

Meanwhile, the Brazilians have welcomed Thembinkosi Lorch, the 2019 Footballer of the Season, who officially joined the team from Orlando Pirates on January 26.

The transfer has been a subject of speculation for the past six months, with Orlando Pirates finally bidding farewell to the talented player.

Lorch's move has added to the Brazilians' other major signings, including Zuko Mdunyelwa and Tashreeq Matthews.

Rulani Mokwena's side has also reinforced their squad with the acquisition of Matías Esquivel from Club Atletico Lanus, as reported by Goal.

Reneilwe Letsholonyane bids farewell to AmaZulu

In other news related to the PSL, Sports Brief has also reported that Reneilwe Letsholonyane has said goodbye to AmaZulu Football Club.

'Yeye' shared his sentiments through a goodbye letter to the club, expressing gratitude for the experience gained during his tenure there.

The Kaizer Chiefs legend's journey with AmaZulu saw him appointed to mentor the club's under-17 side and their DStv Diski Challenge side.
