Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen seems to have found his groove again after playing an important role for Nigeria at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
A brace from former RB Leipzig forward, Ademola Lookman, gave his country a 2-0 win over the Indomitable Lions in their Round of 16 clash.
While Napoli striker, Osimhen was not on the scoresheet again for the Super Eagles, he did provide a crucial assist for one of Lookman's goals in the game.
Going into the knockout tie, there had been a lot of talk about Osimhen's underwhelming performance in the competition, but it was a different case in the second-round tie against Cameroon.
