Troy Deeney has joined the list of the shortest-serving managers in the history of football following his sacking at Nottingham Forest.
The former footballer was appointed Nottingham Forest permanent boss on Wednesday, December 20.
According to Sky Sports, Deeney took charge at City Ground to replace David Horseman, who had been sacked at the time.
However, Deeney could barely last a month at the helm of Nottingham, with the Premier League club showing him the door after just six games in charge.
BBC reports that the former Watford star lost three and drew the other three games he was at the helm of affairs.
Deeney could only last 29 days as Nottingham Forest boss, making him one of the shortest-serving managers in history.
