According to BBC, the 29-year-old joined the Bavarians on loan until the end of the season.

Dier's decision to swap Tottenham for Bayern came after falling out of favour at the north London club under Ange Postecoglou.

However, he will be seemingly in some nice company in Germany, with the defender set to share the dressing room with Kane.

Dier declines offer to live with Kane

It is understood that Dier had been invited to live with Kane in the striker's house during his short stint in the Bundesliga.

But the Englishman has turned down the offer, disclosing that he understands it is 'very busy' in the forward's home.

"I don't know if he has any space there. I have not been there yet but he has invited me so I will go there for sure," Dier said via SPORTbible.
"But I don't think I will stay there. He has a lot of kids so I know it is very busy. I don't want to add to that work," he added.

Meanwhile, Dier hopes to play a big part in Bayern's campaign this season.

The Thomas Tuchel-tutored side currently sit second in the Bundesliga standings with 41 points, four points behind leaders Bayer Leverkusen.

Kane sets Ballon d’Or target

Sports Brief previously reported that Kane has set Ballon d’Or targets for himself after moving to Germany despite missing out on a trophy in his opening game for the club.

Kane believes he scores enough goals to be in contention and the only thing missing in silverware. He will be in the conversation for the award if he wins them.
