Jadon Sancho has amused fans after he reportedly showed up late for his medical tests following his move to Borussia Dortmund.

The winger finally got his move out of Manchester United after his former club moved in for him for a loan deal until the end of the season.

Sancho had fallen out with Erik ten Hag after the Red Devils' Premier League game against Arsenal last September. The manager criticized the English international for not displaying sufficient effort in training.

He fired back with a social media message (that has since been deleted) stating that he won't accept being used as a scapegoat. This back-and-forth started the winger's banishment from first-team activities after he refused to apologise to ten Hag.

Sports Brief has previously documented Sancho's young, troubled career, from his days in the Manchester City academy to the Three Lions' set-up under Gareth Southgate.

Among the issues highlighted then was his lateness to training and team meetings. In 2019, he was fined 100,000 euros for showing up late in Dortmund.

After his exile in Manchester, one might have thought the 23-year-old would return to Germany with a point to prove. But from the initial videos from his first day back in Dortmund, maybe that's not the case.

Sancho is observed touring the dressing room before undergoing a medical, with a voice in the background confirming,

"Latest medical check ever."

The winger apologised as he works on a treadmill. Fans were quick to jump on the development, with @UTDShakes saying,

"Jadon Sancho hasn't even been at Dortmund for 24 hours and is already late. But apparently, Ten Hag is the problem."
