Mohamed Salah's agent has delivered an update on the forward's future at Liverpool amid Kylian Mbappe's Anfield links.

Mbappe has widely been linked with a sensational move to Liverpool ahead of his much-anticipated departure from Paris Saint-Germain.

ESPN reports that the Frenchman is set to make a decision on his club's future in the coming days, with Real Madrid and Liverpool said to be the most likely destinations should he depart PSG.

The publication adds that whereas Real are the leading contenders for the services of Mbappe, the France international has been a long admirer of Liverpool, making a move to Anfield feasible.

Salah's agent speaks on forward's future

The striker's agent Ramy Abbas Issa has since given an update regarding the Egypt international's future at Anfield.

The Mirror reports that Issa was replying to a post from Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna from March 2023 which claimed Salah is open to leaving Liverpool that summer.

"You just don't know," he wrote.

Issa's response came months after his client was linked with a possible exit, with a move to Spain initially mooted.

Salah was also said to be on his way to the Saudi Pro League to link up with Karim Benzema at Al Ittihad.

The former Chelsea and Roma ace is currently on international duty with Egypt ahead of the 2023 edition of the Africa Cup of Nations.
