The Senegalese superstar rocked social media as photos from his wedding had hearts fluttering across the world.

Other than his philanthropic work across Senegal, much of Mane's private life is closely guarded, despite intrusive efforts.

Aisha Tamba is the lucky woman whom the Senegalese star has chosen to make his bride.

Tamba is said to be from Casamance, shares the same religion and dialect as the footballer, and has been intended for Mane since her teenage days, stated Pulse Sports.

The Al-Nassr forward has been averse to public flamboyance, keeping a discreet profile. This avoidance of modern distractions is said to be central to his life, with EssentiallySports quoting the Senegalese star saying:

"The woman I marry will not be on social networks. I want to marry a woman who respects God and prays well. Everyone has their own way of making their choice of love."

Before the surprising news of his nuptials with Tamba, Mane had been believed to have been dating Sky Sports News personality, Melissa Reddy.

Mane never confirmed or denied their relationship and Reddy never boasted about it on her Instagram page, but the internet widely believes it to have been true, including IOL.

Before that, another South African television presenter was photographed on his arm, this time SuperSport's Carol Tshabala. Back in 2018, Legit stated that Mane was to be married to a 'Tunisian lady' in Sousse.

Sports Brief previously reported on Sadio Mane getting married just a week before the AFCON 2023.

The wedding was said to have been attended by friends and family as well as current and ex-players.

The bride was spotted in a colourful wedding dress with a huge smile on her face for the big occasion.
