Victor Boniface has been spotted on the streets of Nigeria, playing football with his childhood friends, following the winter break in Europe, where he did well for his club side.

The 23-year-old forward, who was born and raised in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria, has been tearing apart the Bundesliga this season with his super performances for Bayer Leverkusen.

According to Daily Post, Boniface, who joined the Bundesliga club this summer, has scored 15 goals across all competitions for Die Werkself this term as they ended the first half of the season unbeaten.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Boniface was seen enjoying his time off with some of his childhood friends as they had a game of football on the sandy pitch in a location in Nigeria.

Meanwhile, three Serie A clubs are eyeing a summer move for Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface after just six months since the forward joined the Bundesliga leaders, Soccernet reports.

Napoli, A.C. Milan, and Juventus are the three clubs eyeing the Super Eagles striker, who has netted an impressive 16 goals in all competitions for Leverkusen this season.

Boniface has caught the eyes of top European teams this season, and it is expected the Nigerian forward will have lots of offers when the winter transfer window opens in January.
