Chelsea and Liverpool have discovered their opponents for the Carabao Cup semi-final.
The two English giants are among the four teams left in the competition after advancing from the quarter-finals.
Chelsea stunned Newcastle United 4-2 on post-match penalties in the round of eight to sail through.
According to Sportbible, Mykhailo Mudryk scored an injury-time equaliser to force the tie, staged at Stamford Bridge, to penalties.
Kieran Trippier and Matt Ritchie both missed their spot kicks for the Magpies as the hosts won to qualify for the semis.
On their part, Liverpool demolished West Ham United 5-1 on Wednesday night, with goals from Dominik Szoboszlai, Cody Gakpo, Mohamed Salah, and a brace from Curtis Jones earning the Reds a deserved win.
Elsewhere, Fulham reached the last four via a penalty shootout after seeing off Everton 7-6. The tie, which was staged at Goodison Park, ended in a 1-1 draw during regulation time.
Meanwhile, Middlesbrough are the only non-Premier League team still left in the tournament.
The BBC reports that the Championship side hammered lower-tier side, Port Vale 3-0 in the quarters to qualify for the semi-finals.
Carabao Cup semi-final draw
In a semi-final draw conducted on Wednesday night, Chelsea were drawn against Middlesbrough, with Liverpool scheduled to battle Fulham.
The first legs of the two semis will be played on the week commencing January 8, with the return legs set for the week commencing January 22.
The final of the tournament will be played on Sunday, February 25, at Wembley Stadium.
