Senegal U17 star, Pape Daouda Diong is reportedly set to join English giants, Chelsea in the winter transfer window.
The midfielder is currently in London holding talks with the club ahead of his imminent move to the Premier League.
Diong is expected to agree a deal with the Blues before inking a professional contract in June 2024 when he turns 18.
According to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, the deal with the AF Darou Salam midfielder is 'almost done'.
"Pape was pictured at Stamford Bridge yesterday close to Kendry Páez. Born in 2006, Diong will be able to join in June 2024 when he will turn 18."
The 17-year-old apparently caught the attention of Chelsea during the FIFA U17 World Cup in Indonesia in October.
Diong starred as the young Teranga Lions reached the Round of 16, where they were eliminated on penalties by eventual runners-up, France.
Most recently, the teen sensation was at Stamford Bridge to watch Chelsea's Carabao Cup clash against Newcastle United, a game the Blues won on penalties, as reported by Sky Sports.

In news related to the U17 World Cup, Sports Brief previously reported that Malian youngsters, Hamadou Makalou and Ibrahim Diarra scooped awards after the event.
The talented teens led their African nation to a third-place finish at the 2023 youth edition in Indonesia after beating Argentina 3-0 in the third and fourth-place playoff.
Both players scored in the match against the South Americans to end the World Cup in style.
