At the tournament, he not only showcased his skills but also shared valuable insight and advice with the aspiring footballers.

The midfielder, who currently plies his trade with Danish side, AaB Aalborg, also reflected on the significance of community support and expressed his appreciation for the unwavering belief and dedication of both his supporters and teammates.

"Your belief in me has been a driving force in my success and to my entire team, thank you for your dedication and hard work. Odada's charitable contributions come on the heels of a successful campaign with Aalborg, where he has made a significant impact since joining on loan from American club, Philadelphia Union.

The midfielder's impressive performances, which saw him tally four goals and one assist in 12 games, have highlighted a remarkable turnaround from his limited playing time with the USA outfit.

Odada's football journey began at Laiser Hill before making strides with AFC Leopards. Subsequent trials in Italy, Switzerland, and Serbia paved the way for a breakthrough with Red Star Belgrade in Serbia, where he secured his first overseas contract.

Another Harambee Stars player gives back

Sports Brief previously reported that Harambee Stars defender, Joseph Okumu extended a helping hand to his youth team, Chemelil Youth Football Club, by donating a vehicle.

The Kenyan star, who currently features for Ligue 1 outfit, Stade de Reims, had the 14-seater delivered during a prayer session at the Chemelil Sugar Sports Complex Stadium.

The handover ceremony was marked by the presence of Okumu's father, Hillary Ouma, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the youth-based football club.
